When you’re a parent of young kids, your time is precious

And you probably spend A LOT of it thinking about what to cook…

But despite trying your best, you keep facing the same challenges day after day:

  • Mealtimes feel like a battlefield with your kids refusing to try, let alone eat, anything you cook (unless it’s pasta, ice cream or chicken nuggets)
  • You’re putting in lots of time and effort planning and cooking meals to cater to fussy eating, only for it to all end up in tears (mainly yours)
  • You’re worried your picky eater’s nutritional needs aren't being met (and you’ve started to notice some health or concentration issues)
  • You’ve tried reading books and getting advice online, but it only makes you more confused and frustrated!

If only you had a clear guide on how to set up great food habits to raise healthy, Well Nourished Kids...

You’re an attentive parent and you want the best for your child. But right now, you’re struggling to work out how to get them to eat healthy whole foods.

While you buy all the right ingredients, all your child seems to want is white food.

You’ve fallen into the habit of preparing more than one meal for your family so you can cater to your picky eaters likes and dislikes…

You look to the supermarket shelves for help, but all you find there is confusing (and misleading) health information and you’re back to square one.

Here's the thing...

Parenting is a tough job and it’s normal to feel overwhelmed, unsure and exhausted.

This can lead to doubts about whether you’re doing the right thing or doing enough for your kids.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of feeling guilty, and worrying that if you don’t make your child that special meal or give them the food they’re asking for – you’re not parenting properly or well enough.

Plus, you’re probably stuck on questions like:

  • Are they getting enough nutrients for their growing bodies?

  • Why won't they eat a single piece of broccoli?

  • Now what? I just don't know what to feed my kids!

  • Am I setting them up with bad food habits for life?

You're ready to stop searching for advice and getting nowhere, or buying books that you end up putting down halfway through…

What if we could show you the simple, straightforward way to help your kids have a great relationship with food?

The truth is, it IS possible to raise healthy, happy Well Nourished Kids – who love to eat whole foods!

LET US SHOW YOU HOW

Well Nourished Kids

Is a 10 part program specifically designed for parents of children aged 0-7 by Naturopath Georgia Harding and Psychotherapist Jane Faulkner

Between us, we have more than 40 years combined experience helping parents deal with fussy eating

After many years of helping parents who face daily food struggles with their children, we knew there was a way to combine our unique skills and create a simple, easy-to-follow program that would support better food habits.

Because your child's long-term health – both mental and physical – is dependent on them eating a good variety of whole foods.

Using the things we teach inside this program – which have been tested and developed over the past 10 years – we’ve seen previously fussy kids begin to LOVE eating wholefood meals, improve their nutritional deficiencies and become a lot more adventurous eaters.

The program will support you to set healthy boundaries and expectations around food to grow healthy, happy families.

This program is different because...

It’s a unique combination of Georgia’s naturopathic knowledge and years of clinical practice, as well as Jane’s skills and extensive experience as a child and family psychotherapist in which we'll cover...

  • The key ingredients to help your kids have a great relationship with food, so you’re setting them up for a healthy future
  • How to plan and structure your mealtimes so you can stop the daily battles and feel more calm and centred around food habits
  • How to set strong, healthy and loving boundaries around food so power struggles don’t get in the way of your best intentions
  • What your kids really need in order to be well nourished, and what you can do to improve their digestive health so they no longer crave junk or processed foods

This is a comprehensive and holistic look at both the nutrition AND psychology behind raising well nourished kids that you won’t find ANYWHERE else

You'll be able to:

  • Start feeling great about mealtimes and make ONE meal the whole family can enjoy

  • Model healthy food behaviours to your kids in a way that actually sinks in and promotes change

  • Improve your kids’ health and concentration by increasing their intake of nourishing, nutrient-dense whole foods (= fewer days off school and trips to the doctor)

  • Come back to the JOY of eating and sharing a meal together as a family – without the drama!

Meet the creators – Georgia Harding and Jane Faulkner

Georgia Harding, Naturopath & Jane Faulkner, Psychotherapist

When we decided to create this program, our main goal was to inspire and guide parents through the minefield of feeding their family, to bring them back to the joy of sharing a home-cooked, whole food meal.

We believe that one of life’s simplest pleasures – eating good food, is critical for supporting our long term health!

Our goal in raising our own kids (who are now happy, healthy teenagers) was to empower and support them to have a positive relationship with food and an understanding of the way it makes their body feel.

For us, healthy food and quality time with a loving family are essential to growing a well balanced, healthy, happy kid.

In our world today, it’s easy to lose sight of the fundamentals necessary to raising Well Nourished Kids.

These days, we’re often busy, distracted and unsupported with extended family long distances away. We are also inundated with so much information about parenting, which can be overwhelming rather than helpful.

That’s why we’ve designed this program – to help you feel empowered and supported. You’re not alone!

“I’ve been a naturopath (both in clinical practice and online) for more than 20 years and in this time I’ve witnessed a growing disconnect between families and the food they share. The industrialisation of our food chain, changes to the family unit and clever marketing to parents (and kids) make raising kids who love whole foods quite a task.

We’re also more time poor than ever and the sheer amount of conflicting information available to us is understandably overwhelming.

Early in my career as a naturopath I found myself treating many chronically unwell children who shared one thing in common – they either had a poor diet, or one that lacked variety. From there I developed a burning passion for inspiring and guiding parents to raise connected, whole food loving kids.

My son and daughter have such a great relationship with food and the way it makes them feel.  I'm so proud they will become adults who will one day share their love of whole foods with their own families” - Georgia Harding

"Georgia is the most passionate advocate for nourishing healthy children that I know, and she has been an instrumental role-model for my patients and for myself personally as a parent! In my busy clinical practice, Georgia’s Well Nourished website and membership is where I refer my patients to access inspiring information about preparing optimally nutritious family meals that have helped to transform the lives and health of hundreds of my patients, as poor diets with a lack of nutritional variety leads to a multitude of health concerns that I see daily in practice. Observing how Georgia has raised such healthy and inquisitive eaters in her own children over the past 18 years has been transformational in how I have approached food and nutrition with my “little patients” in practice and my own children - who have also become exceptionally healthy eaters who love to explore new foods and understand how whole foods works to fuel their bodies and brains. Georgia’s supportive, informative and practical approach to helping families create whole food eaters is truly inspirational."

Chevonne Clasen N.D (Naturopathic Medicine Physician; M.App.Sc; B.H.Sc.(Nat); P.Grad.Dip.(Acup)

“I’ve worked with teens, kids and families in either the capacity of a registered nurse or a psychotherapist for the past 25 years. During this time, I’ve seen, applied and learnt a lot about the basic fundamentals that we all need to flourish as humans.

I’m the proud mum of two teens and have learnt so much through my own journey as a parent, the ups and the downs of supporting, caring, nourishing and guiding these two amazing beings to hopefully become good people.

I believe parenting is the most important role in the world. We are supporting the creation of the future through how we raise our children.

In my psychotherapy practice, I have come to realise the important role of good food, safe boundaries and loving relationships to support children to flourish. In this course, I hope to share these insights with you to raise Well Nourished Kids.” - Jane Faulkner

"Jane lives, breathes, and walks her talk on wellbeing more than most people I know. I have had the honour and pleasure of working alongside Jane as a colleague for many years now and wholeheartedly recommend her as a supportive guide in your healing journey. Her experience is solidly grounded in gestalt therapy, nursing, yoga, somatic experiencing, sensorimotor art therapy and equine psychotherapy as well as her constant curiosity and continued learning. Jane is a true shining star in her field."

Nicola Turschwell (Masters in Psychotherapy, Psychotherapist and Sensorimotor Art therapist- PACFA clinical member)

Nutrition, love and joy lay the foundation for raising a healthy child & we're super excited to support you in this fabulous program

Good food can be simple and easy

And fussy eating may be a sign something else is going on...Selective eating is a huge cause of nutritional deficiency in kids.

And many of the nutrients picky eaters become deficient in play a critical role in their appetite and desire for food. So selective eating can be a vicious circle.

It’s time to get the right advice and support to set your kids up for a healthy, well nourished future.

This program is for parents who are…

Dealing with picky eaters and finding it a constant battle to get them to eat a good variety of healthy foods. Or, you have a toddler who is suddenly refusing almost everything you offer. If you want to ensure your child is eating a balanced diet, the Well Nourished Kids program is designed specifically for you.

Leading busy lives and looking for practical and time-efficient strategies to improve your child’s eating habits.

Prioritising health and nutrition to give your child the best start in life by instilling healthy eating habits and a genuine love for whole foods, this program is a great fit.

Seeking support from trusted professionals who understand intimately the challenges you’re facing and can share their knowledge to help you raise food-adventurous, happy and heathy kids.

And if you’re more or less happy with what your child eats and have no real concerns about their eating habits or their diet, this program will provide a great foundation and an even deeper desire in your child for whole foods, new textures and endless flavour combinations.

This may not be for you if you're...

Looking for a quick fix. Well Nourished Kids is about creating lasting habits. Yes, it will take some patience and perseverance on your part as well as prioritising at least 30 minutes a month to consume the program content but like anything in life, if you do the work, the rewards are great and oh so worth it.

Unable to commit: Changing your child’s eating habits will require commitment and effort. If you’re not willing or able to put in the work and carve out at least a bit of time each month to review the content and put certain strategies into action, this program may not be the right fit.

Seeking medical advice: While the program provides valuable and highly individualised child nutrition and behaviour strategies and advice, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice for specific health conditions.
